Every file transfer is encrypted using TLS 1.3, the same security protocol used by banks. Once uploaded, files are stored encrypted and automatically deleted from our servers within 2 hours of processing. We do not read, analyse, or share your documents with any third party.

What's the file size limit?

Each PDF can be up to 50MB on the free tier. If you need to convert larger files, contact us — bulk processing for larger jobs is available.

Will the Word document look exactly like the PDF?

Conversion quality depends on the PDF type. Text-based PDFs convert with high fidelity — text, headings, and basic formatting are preserved. Complex layouts with multi-column text, tables, or embedded graphics may require minor tidying in Word after conversion. Scanned PDFs are converted as image-based documents.

What format is the output file?

The converted file is in .docx format, which is fully compatible with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice Writer, and Apple Pages.
